Policy and analysis inputs you provide
Information you manually enter to generate your analysis, including age, gender, health class, carrier name, premium amount, death benefit, and projected policy values from your illustration. We do not request or store your insurance policy number, social security number, medical history, or any direct identifier linking the data to your specific carrier policy on file.
Account and contact information
Your email address, used to deliver your completed report via secure link and to allow you to access your analyses later.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which collects card data directly. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Personnel Review
In limited circumstances, our personnel may access your analysis or input data to provide customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, verify calculation accuracy, or improve the Service. Personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations, and access is logged. We do not review or use your data for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service.
3. Service Providers
We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations and are not authorized to use your data for their own purposes.

You may delete your analyses and associated data at any time through the Service. Deletion is processed automatically and typically completes within a few minutes.
If you wish to delete your data but are unable to do so through the Service, you may contact us at the address below. We will acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, retaining records of completed transactions for tax compliance).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal or financial data. We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 3, as required by lawful subpoena or legal process, or in connection with a sale, merger, or restructuring of the business (in which case material privacy terms will be honored by any successor entity). If we receive a lawful request for your data, we will notify you to the extent permitted by law before complying.
6. Marketing Communications
When you purchase an analysis, we may send you transactional emails (receipt, report delivery, access reminders). These emails are necessary to deliver the Service and you cannot opt out of them while you maintain an active account.
We may also send occasional product updates, new feature announcements, or related communications. These messages are commercial and require your separate consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any commercial message, with no effect on transactional emails. Every commercial email includes the physical mailing address required by the CAN-SPAM Act.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, access controls, authentication safeguards, and regular security review by the third-party providers listed in Section 3. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators in accordance with applicable state and federal data breach notification laws.
9. Children's Privacy
